I wasn’t sure what to write about until the word ‘dreams’ popped into my mind! Ah, I thought of course that is where I need to go. I have come to realise that dreaming is a journey unlike any other. One that takes you to places you vividly imagine, where you meet people, some you may know, others you do not. You are often thrown into tumultuous confusion. Waking and wondering what happened… what does it all mean?
Are we travelling between worlds, is the dream not a dream but a reality not yet realised in our minds? Then what is the reality we are in here on earth, is that a dream too? Are our dreams time travel? What do you think?
For most of my life, I have been an avid dreamer. I remember dreaming of a revolving tunnel as a child. I would be moving through this tunnel towards a light at the end, and as I neared the end I would start crying. I didn’t want to go through it, I would wake just before I reached it. The dream recurred several times it seemed important.
Dreams are the dot-to-dot to a spiritual awakening. They come to show snippets from your life with hidden messages that need to be decoded. The Children of Avalon was told to me in an experience, I researched and discovered a book of the same name. It was a story about a woman who discovered she was a time traveller. Is that a possibility I asked myself, it would seem so, as I travelled repeatedly.
I had many experiences, that led me to research and question myself, what it could all mean. A spiritual awakening that comes whether you are ready or not. It would seem that we are guided to greater awareness through our dreams.
We discover facets of ourselves that have lain dormant until it isn’t possible anymore.
A journey not for the faint-hearted it is said, yet it is one of the most powerful experiences, a test of endurance if you will.
There is another aspect I will write about in another post, subscribe for more.
